Per the By-Laws:
Parking and Storage of Vehicles Prohibited in Newberry
There shall be no parking of motor vehicles or any other things on the public streets of the property and the only place where parking will be allowed is within the garage and on the driveways. No school or other buses, tractors, trucks over 1-ton, recreational vehicles, motor homes, boats, unmounted campers, trailers, unlicensed, inoperable or partially disassembled automobiles, motor vehicles or trailers, shall be parked on any lot unless within an enclosed garage.
Did You Know? The City of Lee’s Summit does not allow for parking of vehicles on unpaved surfaces and has restrictions regarding unlicensed or inoperable vehicles, storage of RVs, trailers, and boats, and performing extended car repairs at your residence.
